Greetings Supertroopers!
This is your Lieutenant Governor Jordan Chan with the monthly DIVISION UPDATE EMAIL for July! Here’s a quick preview of what this bulletin contains. Content Preview:
Important Monthly Submissions: Just a reminder of the following submission deadlines for secretaries, treasurers, editors, and other officers that help fulfill these responsibilities!
Remember to CC our Member Recognition Chair Maddie Cox on every submission at [email protected], so we can give you points for your on-time and early bird submissions on The Trooper Tally. You should also CC your executive assistants and include me as a recipient on each submission. Your articles and visuals should be sent to [email protected]. Please make sure these get in on time in August, and be sure to contact me if you are having any issues with the submission or need an extension. You’ll also get extra points for early-bird submissions, which are two days prior to the on-time dates listed above. Member Recognition Webinar: Thank you to those of you who attended our Member Recognition webinar last Tuesday! We hope you enjoyed learning about all of the opportunities available to Supertroopers and key clubbers throughout the CNH district. To view the slides, go to this link. Recordings will also be released by our MR Chair Maddie soon, so check it out if you are a key club officer and were unable to attend. Updates from CNH: SPOTLIGHT ON SERVICE PROGRAM: In encouragement to reach the CNH district goals of service, CNH will be introducing new service themes each month for the 2022-2023 term! Along with a service guide, this program can help your club get recognized DISTRICT-WIDE by fundraising, volunteering, etc. For more information (as well as SoSP’s timeline), check out the CNH Key Club Instagram. Starting off strong, this month’s theme is: Bee Clean, CNH! DCON 2023: SAVE THE DATE Prepare to sail with the CNH bees to DCON next year in Ontario, California! District Convention is an end-of-term event that celebrates a year of serving our homes, schools, and communities. See you there!
